職務内容	＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞ 車両のインテリア（内装）のデザイン開発 Vehicle interior design development ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）/Selling point of this position＞ グローバルな組織体制と最先端の設備の中で、日産の2つのブランド（NISSAN、INFINITI）の次世代デザイン開発に関わることができます。 Can be involved in the development of next-generation designs for Nissan two brands, NISSAN / INFINITI in the environment of global organizational structure and state-of-the-art equipment.
登録資格	＜登録資格( 経験/資格など )/Skills and Experience Required＞ ■MUST ・ブランドを理解し総合的にデザインをまとめる推進力がある ・デザインに関連した人・物・金を管理しバランスを取る能力がある ・デザイナーとしての優れた企画、創造、表現力がある ・コミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力 ・ Have a power to drive and control the design, well understanding the brand. ・ Have an ability to manage and balance people, goods and money related to the design. ・ Have an ability for planning, creation and expressiveness as a designer. ・ Have an ability of communication and presentation. 自動車業界経験：必須/Experience of the car industry：Requierd ■TOEIC：600 ■WANT ・グローバルな自動車会社のデザイン部門で5年以上の経験がある。 ・リーダーシップを発揮し、チームを率いてプロジェクトを製品として纏めあげる能力がある。 ・専門用語を含め、英語での業務上のコミュニケーションが取ることができる。 ・Over 5 years of experience in the design department of a global automobile company. ・Have an ability to demonstrate leadership and lead a team to bring a project together as a product. ・Can communicate in English, including technical terms. 自動車業界経験：必須/Experience of the car industry：Requierd ■TOEIC：730 ＜求める人物像/Please describe successful candidate image (Personality)＞ ・よいチームワーク実現のために積極的にコミュニケーションを図れる方。 ・クルマ、テクノロジー、アート、カルチャーへの関心が高い方。 ・好奇心があり、何事にも自ら進んで関わることができる方。 ・A person who can actively communicate to realize good teamwork. ・A person who have a high interest in cars, technology, art, and culture. ・A person who are curious and willing to be involved in anything.
月次給(参考値)	・課長代理職：404,000円〜490,000円 ・総括職：323,000円〜439,000円 ※経験・専門性を考慮した上で総合的に確定いたします
想定年収(参考値)	・課長代理職：約900万円〜1,060万円 　固定残業30H/月, 賞与（目安値)を含む ・総括職：約600万円〜780万円 　月次給×12か月分+ 賞与（目安値） ※賞与金額は参考値であり、実際の支給時期、金額、支払い条件等については都度決定されます。 ・課長代理職： ※時間外労働が30Hを超過した場合、超過した時間に対する時間外手当を翌月の給与にて支給 ・総括職： ※残業手当等、従業員賃金規則に基づき別途支給
